The pre-preg autoclave process is the most sophisticated and complex method for manufacturing carbon components that meet the highest requirements. The combination of a perfect production environment and our many years of professional experience is essential for the fabrication of highly complex and thermally stable components. Our shop buildings are always at a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius, which guarantees an optimal finish. The CAD construction data is sent to our 5-axes CNC milling machine, which produces a high-precision mold.

A sterile production environment is imperative, because any impurity, regardless of size, leaves traces in the finished design. In the case of series production, these flaws would also affect all subsequent products. This step is followed by further processing using the so-called autoclave process. After the pre-preg mats with a fibre content of 60 percent by volume are put into the autoclave, the product is hardened under pressure and high temperatures. AT CSP, an especially low air void content, incomparable technical conditions and subsequently a custom surface finishing deliver an absolute high-end product.
