The manufacturer of the basic material also produces in Germany and thereby ensures a seamless quality chain, complemented by top-class training and qualification of our employees. We have perfected our pre-preg process and produce in state-of-the-art conditions in combination with a production environment perfectly tailored to this purpose. We deliver flawless components thanks to CAD construction, 5-axes-CNC milling machine and highly innovative autoclave technology.

We design complex digital constructions. Precise CAD constructions and individual consulting ensure a virtual concept development that reflects your requirements. 

Tool manufacture

Demanding geometries and uncompromising precision are no problem thanks to state-of-the-art 5-axes CNC milling machine. Computer-based data processing ensures cost-optimized series production.

Production

Ultra-modern production conditions using the pre-preg autoclave process ensure high-end results with unmistakable perfection in terms of the thermal and mechanical component strength.

Quality Management

Quality made in Germany. Thanks to always constant conditions in our production buildings, we manufacture technically flawless products, each of which is subject to quality checks before delivery.
